1º About us

Elite Bus 2014 SL is a trademark, a limited liability company registered in Spain, under Tax Identification Number B-548 03 945.

The financial seat of Elite Bus SL is: c/ Pintor Pedro Camacho Nº5 Local 17 Alicante 03015

In order to provide services to all its customers, Elite Bus 2014 SL works with transport operators that provide a professional transfer service, or act as a transportation services agency, with the relevant licenses and permits required by national legislation for this activity.

In no case the transportation services shall be considered as combined trips under the terms of Council Directive 90/314/CEE, of June 13, 1990, or in the terms of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by the one that approves the text of the General Law of Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

2º Privacy Policy

Elite Bus SL is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients. All personal data collected from passengers will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3º Transportation Conditions

If you agree with this contract, the customer gives the right to our drivers to refuse the transport of any passenger who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those whose behavior may be considered dangerous to the driver of the vehicle, to other passengers or to himself. Alcoholic beverages can not be brought in vehicles for consumption on board. This prohibition extends also to any narcotics. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles. Eating inside the vehicle is not allowed.

4º Allowed Baggage

The vehicles for private transfer have a capacity of two items of luggage per seat, that is, a suitcase that should not exceed 70cm x 40cm x 20cm and a piece of hand luggage. Transportation of any baggage that exceeds these measures will be placed to the space available on the vehicle and can also be refused. The passenger will be responsible for all expenses incurred in case additional vehicles are required to transport these undeclared baggage.

If a client requires the transport of baggage that exceeds these limits (for example suitcases that exceed the maximum allowed size, skis, golf clubs, snowboards, wheelchairs, etc.), Elite Bus 2014 SL. must be informed at the time of reservation. Any extra baggage reserved may have an extra charge. The transport of luggage and other belongings is always at the responsibility of the client and in no case Elite Bus 2014 SL can be held responsable for any loss or damage.

5º Changes and cancellations

Occasionally it may be necessary to make changes after the agreement of the reservation, such as replacing the vehicle with a higher capacity vehicle or offering several vehicles according to availability. In all these cases, Elite Bus 2014 SL will notify the customer as soon as possible before the pick-up time and, if the proposed changes are unacceptable, the customer can cancel the booking without incurring any cancellation fee. If the offered vehicle is of a lower category than originally reserved and for which a lower fare is available, Elite Bus 2014 SL. will refund the difference in fares.

6º Last minute reservations

Elite Bus 2014 SL accepts last minute reservations (12 HOURS) previous upon request (under availability), through our Customer Service Department at the telephone number (+34) 629.666.028 – (44) 121.2851778

7º Transfers of children

Services for groups are usually provided by minibus or coach. In these vehicles the use of seats for children/babies is not required by Spanish law since many of these vehicles do not have compatible seats.

Elite Bus 2014 SL Alicante will put by COURTESY a maximum of two baby seats upon request in the reservation and a maximum of three child seat lifters (WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE).

8º What is considered as an Extra Stop?

The change of route that modifies the itinerary previously contracted, and that is not more than five minutes time to raise and lower a client in the same city will be considered as an extra stop.

Always within the same city and never a route superior to three kilometers. With a supplement of €8 per extra stop.

9º In case of an Extra Stop: pick up of keys, signature of contracts, rental of vehicles, purchases, …

Check availability and price, always detailing the itineraries and type of management to be carried out.

10º Services with direct payment to the driver

The contracted services of direct payment to the driver must be paid completely when you will be collected. If not, Elite Bus 2014 SL is not responsible for the return of the service and it will be canceled.

11º How and where do they pick me up?

A driver of Elite Bus 2014 SL will pick you up when you are at an airport or A.V.E station as close as possible to the arrivals gate. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on, if you do not locate him call 629.666.028 – (44) 121.2851778 and we will put you in touch with your driver.

12º What do I have to do if my flight is delayed?

Elite Bus 2014 SL controls and monitors your flight, but for more information and confirmation, please contact us by phone 629.666.028 – (44) 121.2851778. The driver of Elite Bus 2014 SL will wait 45 minutes for you from the time your plane lands without any charge. After this stipulated waiting time of the landing and if you did not contacted Elite Bus 2014 SL, we will cancel the service without the possibility to claim back your payment.
